1. Service Booking & Slot Allocation
All workshop inspections, studio slot bookings, and detailing appointments made via our website, phone, or WhatsApp are confirmed prior to work commencement. Service charges and scope of work are explicitly shared and agreed upon before initiating any procedure on your vehicle.
2. Vehicle Inspection & Initial Condition Report
Upon vehicle arrival at Turbo Demon Studio, our master detailers conduct a full digital and physical inspection. Pre-existing paint chips, deep scratches, body denting, or interior damage will be documented in the Job Card before starting PPF or ceramic coating application.
3. Warranty Terms for PPF & Ceramic Coating
Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Ceramic/Graphene Coatings carry specific manufacturer warranty coverage against yellowing, peeling, or cracking under standard usage. Warranty is valid only when recommended maintenance schedules (periodic studio checkups) are maintained and hard acid wash is avoided.
4. Vehicle Delivery & Storage Policy
Customers will be notified immediately upon service completion. Vehicles must be inspected and picked up within 24 hours of notification unless prior storage arrangements have been agreed upon with studio management.
5. Payment & Invoicing
Full payment must be cleared prior to or at the time of vehicle handover. We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash. Official studio GST invoices are issued for all services.
